  1. نبدأ بتقطيع الجزر و القرع مكعبات صغيرة.
  2. في القدر ماء مغلي ونضيف الجزر والبازيلاء بعد أن يصبح نص مستوي نضيف القرع.
  3. نقلب البصل مع زيت الزيتون حتى يذبل ثم نضيف البقدونس المفروم.
  4. نضيف الملح والفلفل و صلصة الطماطم و البهارات إلى البصل و البقدونس.
  5. بعد التقليب نضيف كوب مرق اللحم ثم نزيده ماء مغلي نتركهم يغلون مع بعضهم.
  6. نضع القرصان في حافظة الطعام أو طبق التقديم ثم نسكب مرق الحضار عليه مع التقليب المستمر حتى تتجانس.
  7. و يزيّن بكشنة البصل والفلفل.. وبالعافية...
