- يوضع في قدر اخر مقدار ٣ بصلات وسط وليمون اسود مع ملعقتين من السمن ويترك على نار هاديه الى ان يذبل البصل ثم يوضع عليه البهارات ويرفع لحين استخدامه.
- عندما ينضج اللحم توضع الخضروات وعصير الطماطم والصلصه وتترك ربع ساعة.
- الان اصبحت مرقه اللحم والخضار جاهزه نصف طبقه من القرصان ثم تشرب بالمرق ثم نضع طبقه من البصل المذبل بالسمن ثم طبقه من القرصان ثم طبقه من المرق ثم طبقه من البصل المذبل ثم طبقه من القرصان............وهكذا في الطبقه الاخيره نضع رشه من البصل واللحم والخضار.
