  7. وعندما نخرج الكيك من الفرن ونخرجه من القالب نتركه قليﻻ.
  8. ندهن وجه الكيك وجوانبه بمربى المشمش.
  9. نصب فوقه السكر المخلوط باللوز فور اﻻنتهاء من إعداده على وجه الكيك ونوزعه بالملعقة بطريقة سريعة حتى ﻻ يجمد ونتركه على الكيك ليبرد.
