  2. نفرم البصل ناعم ونضيف اللحمة وملح وفلفل وقليل من البهار ونكورها ونضيفها فوق اللحم ونضع حبات البندورة بعد ان تقطع شرايح.
  3. تدخل للفرن لمدة نصف ساعة على حراره 200.
  4. نخرج الصينيه ونبرش باقي الجبنة اما على كل قطعه على حده او على الصينيه كامله حسب الرغبه وبالعافيه.
  5. نخرج الصينيه بعد ان تتحمر وتقدم مع الصلطه والف صحة.
