  7. نضع الصواني ربع ساعة في الثلاجه ونحمي الفرن عال180 ثم ندخل صواني البيتفور وندعها حتى تتحمر قليلا.
  8. عندما يبرد تماما يتم حفظه ضمن علب محكمة الاغلاق.
