  4. نضع البطاطا المهروسه فوق قطع الدجاج بشكل كرات او ممكن تمد بشكل كامل على الدجاج ونضع طبقه البشاميل وتوضع بالفرن لمده ٢٠ دقيقه..
  5. نرش الجبنه القشوان على الوجه وتحمر....
