- يتم خلط العجينة بمجرد ان تبدا بالتماسك يجب ايقاف الخلط فوراً حتى نتمكن بتشكيل العجينة بسهولة ملاحظة:- تصبح العجينة نفس المعجون مطاطية نفس الصورة.
- نضع العجينة داخل انبوب التشكيل.
- تعتمد مدة ضغط الانبوب حسب حجم الحبة المرغوب بها.
- ندخل الصحن في فرن مسبق التسخين على حرارة متوسطة 180 فوق وتحت تقريبا ٧ دقائق.
- بعد ان تبرد تماماً.. نضع نوتيلا او مربى في وسط البسكوت ثم نضغط برفق يتم تزيين المربى بالجوز هند وبالعافية 🤩.
