  1. نغسل البورى كويس.
  2. نطف البورى من الخارج كويس ونفتحه بالطول من الظهر.
  3. نغسل الفرن السمك من جوه وتنظف البطن.
  4. نفرش ورقه الفويل على الرخامه وندهنها الزيت ورشه الملح.
  5. نضع السمك على الورقه ونلف الورقه حولن السمكه زي شكل المركب.
  6. نضع في بوله الثوم و الكمون والكزبره الناشفه ورشه ملح وكلفة السمك و٢ ملعقة زيت ربع كوب ماء وعصير الليمون ونقلب كله في بعض.
  7. نضع في بوله البصل والطماطم والفلفل والشبت ونضع نصف الخلطه السابقه و٢ ملعقة زيت.
  8. ندهن السمك بالخلطه.
  9. نضع الخضار على السمك.
  10. نسخن الفرن لمده ١٠ دقائق نضع السمك في صينيه ونضعه في الفرن في الرف الاعلى ونهادى النار اللي فوق ونطفى النار إللى تحت لمده ١٥ ساعة.
