- من بعد نزيد الخميرة مع الحليب نعجن حتى نتحصل على عجينة متماسكة نخليها ترتاح ربع ساعة ونعيد العجن ونضيف الحليب ونعيد الكرة حتى تصبع العجينة طرية نضيف لها ملعقة صغيرة زبدة ونحاول ندلكها حتى تدخل في العجينة ونقسمها على زوج انا درتهم صغار.
- نخليهم يرتاحوا ونقرصهم في المول بعد ما دهنته بالقليل من الزيت نخليهم مدة 10 دقائق في ماكن دافئ وندهنهم بصفار بيضة كنت درت القليل من الحليب وذرذرت عليه الجلجلان وندخله للفرن 200 درجة لمدة 15د حسب الفرن لي عندنا.
