- صوص الحار نعمل الشطه والبسباس الهرري على النار لمن يطلع فقاعات نطفي.
- نخلط البصل مع الدقيق وعلئ الزييت سااخن لمن يصير لونه بني.
- عند التقديم نعمل طبقات طبقه الرز مع العدس البني بعده المعكرونه بعده الصلصة بعده البصل والصوص الحال بصحن على جنبب.
