  3. هنروح بقي للسمك هنغسله كويس جداً. ونفتحه من الضهر وخلي بالك متفتحهوش للاخر.
  4. بعد كده هنجيب صينيه ونكون غسلين ربطه البقدونس نقوم فرشينها فأرضيه الصينيه ورصين فوقها السمك اللي فتحناه من ضهره زي الكتاب كده.
  5. بعد كده هنوزع عليه التتبيله بتاعته(البصل والجزر والفلفل والطماطم والثوم) اللي شوحناهم.
  6. ونقطع ليمون شرايح ونحطه عليهم.
  7. وندخله الفرن وبألف هنا وشفا.
  8. جربي الطريقه دي هتعجبك جداا.
