  3. وبعدين نجيب نصف كميه الجبنة البارمزان ونجيب الدجاج وندهن الدجاج بالجبن من الجانبين ومعها البيضه جيدا......
  4. ونجيب الطاسه علي النار هاديه ونضع الدجاج علي النار ونقلبها فوق وتحت حتي تعطينا اللون الذهبي.
  5. وبعدين ندخل الفرن 10 دقائق ونغطيها بالقصدير.
  6. وفي نفس الطاسه نجيب ال ماشروم ويشوح قليلا ونضع الكريمه وعندما يتماسك نجيب الدجاج ونضعه فيه ثمي يقدم ساخن.
