  1. في صينية قطرها ٣٠ سم ندهن بالسمن مع الجوانب.
  2. نفرد عجينة الكنافة على شكل خيوط ونفركها بالسمن و نقسمها نصفين..
  3. نضع النصف الأول من العجينة في الصينية ونرص عليها قليلا. ثم نضع نصف كمية الموزاريللا فوقها دون الوصول للاطراف ثم القشطة ثم باقي الموزاريللا ثم طبقة الكنافة الثانية..
  4. تدخل الفرن على حرارة ١٨٠ لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة مع الملاحظة. ثم تحت المشواة ١٠ دقائق مع المراقبة.
  5. بعد أن تخرج مباشرة نصب نصف كمية القطر الساخن على الوجه. ثم نقلبها في صينية مفتوحة و نصب باقي القط ونزين بالفستق الحلبي وصحة وهنا.
