  1. ننتف الكنافة و نفصلها عن بعضها و نفركها بالسمنة و نقسمها لقسمين متساويين.
  2. نعمل القطر و نتركه ليبرد.
  3. للقشطة : نذوب النشاء بالحليب و نضيف السكر و نحرك على نار وسط حتى يسخن الحليب و نضيف الفانيليا و حين يسمك الخليط نضيف ملعقة ماء زهر و علبتين القشطة.
  4. ناخذ اول قسم من الكنافة و نضعه في بيركس مدهونة سمنة بشكل متساوي و نكبسها بيدنا بشكل جيد.
  5. نصب القشطة فوق طبقة الكنافة الاولى و نتركها لتبرد ثم نضيف القسم الثاني من الكنافة و نكبسها جيدا و ندخلها فرن 180 د حتى تشقر من تحت ثم نشغل لنحمرها من فوق.
  6. حين نخرجها من الفرن نصب عليها القطر و نتركها لتبرد ثم نقطع و تزين و بالهناء.
