  1. نفكك الكنافة باليد ثم نفرمها بمحضرة الطعام او بالسكين فرم خشن..
  2. نضع معها السمن الذائب ونفركها جيدا بالسمن..
  3. في صحن بيركس نضع نصف الكمية ونفردها على كامل الصحن ونكبسها جيدا..
  4. ندخلها الفرن المحمى مسبقا من الاسفل والاعلى حتى يصبح لونها ذهبي وذلك يظهر باحمرار جوانب الكنافة..انا استخدمت صحن بيركس شفاف ويظهر اللون بالنظر الي أسفل الصحن..
  5. نضيف بعدها الجبنة المفتتة او المقطعة..نوزعها على كامل الكنافة بدون ان نوصلها لاطراف الكنافة..
  6. ندخلها الفرن ونشعل من الاعلى على درجة 180 حتى تذوب الجبنة قليلا..
  7. نخرجها من الفرن ثم نقلبها على صحن..ثم نسقيها بالقطر ونزينها بالفستق وصحة وهنا..
