  2. في طنجرة نضع الطماطم المبشورة والبصل المبشور والثوم والحمص وملعقة الطماطم المصبرة والزيت والملح والعكري الحلو والحار وحبة الفلفل الأخضر الحار.نتبلهم قليلا ثم نضيف الماءو نتركه حتى يغلى.
  3. نأخذ ذلك المزيج ونضعه على تلك الكرشة مثل طريقة عمل البوراك ثم نغلقها بعود الأسنان (ليكيغدون) أو يمكنكي أن تخيطيها.
  4. بعد أن يغلى الماء نضع حبات العصبان ونتركه إلى أن يطهى الكل جيدا وبعدها نقدمه في صحن التقديم ونزينه بالبقونس وبالصحة والعافية.
