  2. نحضر القشطة المنزلية كوبين حليب سائل وملعقتين دقيق وأربع ملاعق سميد وملعقة ماء زهر وسكر حسب الرغبة تحرك ع البارد ثم نشعل النار لمدة ١٠ دقائق تقريباً حتى يصبح القوام سميك.
  3. الشيرة نضع ٢ كوب سكر مع كوب ماء وعصرة ليمون ونضعها حتى النار لمدة ٧،٨دقائق.
