- نقطع بصلة ال مكعبات وسط ونضعهم في القدر مع اربع حبات توم شرحات ونضيف الزيت الزيتون الذي حمرنا به البصل وفنجان زيت زيتون اخر ونضع المعكرونة والعدس و لسلق المعكرونا ويكون الماء يغمرهم ب3 سم ونضيف معلقة من الملح.
- وعند نضوج المعكرونا نضيف دبس الرمان والتمر هندي و دبس الحصرم و 5 حبات من التوم المهروس وباقتين من الكزبرة الخصراء المقطعة ويمكن اضافة ملح حسب الحاجه ويجب ان تكون الحراء رطبه ليست ناشفة(فيها صوص زيادة).
- نضع في وعاء جانبي باقة الكزبرة مفرومة ناعم نضيف اليها باقي التوم المهروس وقليل من زيت الزيتون ونقلبهم ليتناغم النكهات.
- نسكب الحراءأصبعه في صحن التقديم ونزينه بالكزبرة والتوم والبصل المقرمش والخبز المحمص والرمان... وبالعافية ✨.
