  6. اخرجي الكنافة من الفرن، وافردي عليها القشطة المجهّزة، وتأكّدي من تغطيتها كاملاً بعيداً عن الحواف.
  7. ابدأي بوضع الطّبقة الثانية من الكنافة. تأكّدي أنّ الوجه مغطّى كاملاً وجيّداً بالكنافة..
  8. يديها مرّة أخرى إلى الفرن لكن فقط من الأعلى حتى يصبح لونها ذهبيّاً..
