- ثم نضع الجبنة والبلدي والمزرولا ثم نضغطها ونوزعها على جميع الاماكن الا الاطراف.
- نضع قليل من عجينه لكنافه على وجها ونفردها.
- نحمي الفرن على درجه حراره ١٨٠ ربع ساعة.
- ثم نضعها في وسط الفرن ونحركها كل ٥ دقائق حتى تتحمر الاطراف.
- نعمل شيره وبنثقلها.
- نقوم بخراجها وقلبها في سدر اكبر ونشربها ونزينها وصحه وهناء.
