  2. في طنجرة نضع ماء حتى الغليان ثم نضع العدس ومكعب الماجي وننتظر حتى يستوي نصف استواء ثم نضيف إليها مربعات العجين ورشة كمون وملح ونصف كمية زيت الزيتون.
  3. نضع زيت الزيتون في مقلاة ونقطع البصل جوانح ونهرس الثوم ونضعهم معا حتى يتحمر البصل ثم نضيف الكزبرة ونحوسها قليلا مع البصل والثوم.
  4. نضع الخليط مع العدس والعجين ونضع دبس الرمان ونتركه على نار هادئة مدة 5 دقائق.
  5. تسكب في صحن التقديم ونزينها بالكزبرة والرمان والخبز المقلي.
