  1. نبدأ بعجن العجين ونركها قليلا لترتاح لمدة نص ساعة وبعد ان ترتاح قطعي العجينة وابدأ برقها حتى تصبح رقيقة وقومي بتقطيعها الى مربعات متساوية وحاولي ان تضعي الكثير من الطحين كي لا تلتصق.
  2. اغلي التمر هندي وتركيه ليبرد وقومي بعصره جيداً وصفيه بمصفاه ناعمة.
  3. قلي البصل بالزيت الزيتون وبعد ان تتحمر ازيليها من الزيت وابقي الزيت جانبا.
  4. الفرمي الكزبرة وغسليها وتركيها حتى تتصفا.
  5. اسلق العدس وبعد نضوج العدس ضعي معه رب البندورة ودبس الرمان وتمر الهندي والملح وضعي الزيت الذي قليتي فيه البصل.
  6. اضيفي العجين الذي قطعتيه بعد نخله من الطحين الى العدس وتركيه يغلي حوالي عشر دقائق وحركي بحذر وعند نضوج العجينة ارفعي القدر من على النار وضعيه بطبق التقديم.
  7. زيني الطبق بالخبز المقلي والبصل والكزبرة وقدميه ساخن او بارد. والف صحة وهنة اتمنى ان ينال اعجابكم..
