  4. في طنجرة ناخذ بصلة و شووية ثوم و نقليهم و لما يذبل البصل نمرق بالماء الساخن و نضيف الحمص و نخليه يغلي حوالي خمس دقائق ثم نحط الدوبرة في المرق و نخليه يستوي على نار متوسطة و لما يستوي نطفي النار و نرس بالبقدونس و بالصحة والعافية.
