  2. نمسح الايناء بقليل من الزيت و نحط فيه العجينة و نخليها تخمر.
  3. لما تخمر نخرجلها الطلوع و نكونو حضرنا القليل من السميد الارطب.
  4. نمسح اليد بالزيت و نقسم العجين ل 4 كرات و نرمدهم في العجين نغطيهم و نخبيهم يرتاحو ثم نقرصم و نخليهم يخمرو.
  5. نكونو شعلنا الفرن لاقصى درجة نحضر بلا يدخل للفرن و نقلبه بالجهة الخلفية و نحط قرصة الخبز و ندخلها للفرن و نخليها تنضج انا خليتها نضجت من تحت و قلبتها.
  6. و يقدم بالصحة يجي خفيف ورائع.
