- في وعاء نضع الشا ثم السكر نخلط جيدا ثم نضيف البيضة مع التحريك جيدا ثم نضيف الحليب ويرفع الكل على النار مع مواصلة التحريك حتى يتختر الخليط نضعه في اناء زجاجي ويغطى بورق بلاستيكي حتى لا تتشكل الحبيبات نضعه جانبا.
- نحضر الكيك نضع البيض ثم نضيف السكر بواسطة الطراب الكهربائي نضرب جيدا ثم نضيف الزيت مع الاستمرار بالخلط ثم الحليب ومبروش الليمون ثم الدقيق بعد اضافة الخميرة الكيماوية له نقسم الخليط الى نصفين.
- ندهن مول حسب ذوقك ثم نصب فيه نصف خليط الكيك ندخله لفرن ساخن مسبقا وحين يتماسك ويبدأ في الاحمرار نخرجه من الفرن بواسطة ملعقة نضع من باقي خليط الكيك بالجواجنب فقط ثم نضع خليط الكريمة بالوسط ونوزعها جيدا ثم نفرغ باقي الكيك ونسويها جيدا.
- ثم نزين بقطع شكولاطة الكوكيز او شرائح اللوز ثم تطهى الى ان تنضج والف هنا.
