  2. نضع السمن او الزيت على النار ومعهم الدقيق ونقلب ونضع عليهم اللبن ساقع ونقلب بسرعه ونضع بيضه البلدي ونضع الملح والفلفل.
  3. نضيق كبشه او كبشتين من البشاميل على المكرونه ونقلبهم.
  4. نضع في صينيه ملعقه سمن ونصف كميه المكرونه ونضيف اللحم المعصج بعد ما نضيف عليها ملعقه التسبيكه ونقلبهم.
  5. بعدين نوزع اللحم على الصينيه كلها ثم نضيف بقيه المكرونه.
  6. نضيف البشاميل على الوجه.
  7. نضع القشطه على الوجه وندخلها فرن حرارته 180 لتحمر الجوانب ثم نفتح الشوايه تاخد لون للوجه.
  8. تقدم وبالف هنا وعافيه ان شاء الله.
