  2. عصجت اللحمة.
  3. البشاميل حطى ملعقة كبيرة سمنة بلدي وحطى فيها الدقيق لحد ما يصفر وبعدين حطى اللبن وقلبي بمضرب بيض يدوي او كهربا براحتك.. وتحطى 3 مكعبات مرقة دجاج وفلفل اسود وملح حسب الرغبة وافضلى قلبي فيه على النار لحد الخليط ما يبقى زي مانتى عاوزة.
  4. هتشيلى شوية بشاميل حلوين عشان الوجه... وهتحطى على المعكرونة كلها باقي البشاميل وتقلبيها فيهم وبعدين تجيبي صينية وحطى فيها بشاميل.. وبعد كدة تقسمى المعكرونة نصين حطى نص وبعد كدة حطى عليه اللحمة المفرومة وبعدها جبنة موزاريلا وحطى النص التاني من المعكرونة.
  5. وبعد كدة حطى على الوجه البشاميل الاخير وعليه موتزاريلا وجبنى رومي ودخليها الفرن نص ساعة وبالهنا.
