  2. ثم نخلط الخليط جيداً ثم نحضر طبق المحفور في 12 دائره و ندهن عليه الزبده ثم نصف الخليط بشكل مرتب ثم نضعه في الفرن لمده 20 دقيقه في الاسفل و5 دقائق من الاعلى ثم نخرجه و نضع عليه الشيره و الحليب المكثف ثم نخرجه من الطبق و نضعه في بايركس او طبق سويتي و نضعه عليه الزينن مثل الورد و الفستق يتقدم معى شاهي وبالعافيه.
