Instructions to make ممبار:

  1. يحضر الممبار بعد تنظيفه وغسله جيدا وينقع في ماء وملح وخل.
  2. في قدر على النار يوضع زيت الزيتون ثم يوضع البصل ثم الثوم حتى يذبل ثم نضع فوقها صلصه الطماطم ثم الطماطم تترك حتى تتسبك قليلا.
  3. نغسل الأرز ثم نقوم بنقعه لمدة نصف ساعه ونصفيه جيدا.
  4. نخلط مكونات الحشو مع بعض ثم ثم نضع الصلصه فوقهم ونخلط ونبدأ بالحشو ونراعي عدم ملء الممبار و نقوم بقص كل واحدة ممبار بعد حشوها بمسافه بعيدة عن الأرز بمسافه تقريبا أصبعين.
  5. في قدر نحضر ماء للسلق نضع به كل مكونات السلق ونتركه ليغلي بعد الغليان نضع الممبار ونتركه على نار هادئه متوسطه لمدة ساعه او حتى درجه النضج المطلوبه.
  6. نخرج من السلق ونقوم بتحميره حسب الرغبه.
