- في إناء اخر يتم وضع اللبن والسكر و النشا و الكاكاو والشوكولاته مبشوره على البارد وترفع على النار مع التقليب بالمضرب حتى يغلط القوام وتترك لتبرد.
- في صينيه مقاس ٢٥ تدهن بالسمن حتى الحواف وتقسم الجلاش الى جزئين وبين كل راق سمن بسيط بالفرشاة وتوضع الكاسترد وتفرد بعد ان تبرد ويكمل بباقي راقات الجلاش مع وضع سمن بين كل راق وتقطع وتدخل الفرن على الشبكه حوالي ١٠ دقائق ثم تخرج و يصب الشربات.
