  1. نفرق علبة القشطة بوعاء عميق وكوبها يصبح الكوب المعياري لبقية المكونات ونبدا اولآ بالقشطة والزيت والسكر ونحرك الي ان يذوب السكر ثم نضيف بقية المكونات ونحرك الي ان نحصل ع خليط متماسك.
  2. ندهن صينية فرن بقليل من الزيت ونصب الخليط ونساويه ع الصينية بمعلقة كبيرة ويقطع ويزين بالفول السوداني وع فرن مسخن مسبقآ بدرجة حرارة ١٨٠° الي حين الوصول لدرجة التحمير المطلوبة.
  3. الشيرة (القطر) :- كوب سكر كوب ماء وترفع ع النار دون تحريك الي ان يذوب السكر ونضيف ربع م ص فنيليا و٣نقاط عصير حامض ونطفي.
  4. تخرج البسبوسة من الفرن وهي ساخنة نضيف الشيرة باردة او العكس نعيد التقطيع مرة ثانية وبالف عافية.
