  2. تمزج مقادير الطبقة الوسطى ثم ترفع على النار حتى تغلظ وتسكب فوق الطبقة الاولى.
  3. تخلط مع الكميه الثانيه من مقادير البسبوسه بالثلث حليب او ثلث علبه القشطه حليب حتى تصبح سائله ثم تسكن فوق الطبقه الوسطى لسهوله و ترش المكسرات مطحونه.
  4. تدخل الفرن من اسفل 180 درجه حتى تنضج ثم تحمر من الاعلى.
