- نقسم العجينه لنصفين النصف الاول نضعه بصينية مدهونه بزيت ونضع عليها القشطه والنصف الاخر من عجينه البسبوسه نخففها قليلاً بالماء ونخلطها جيداً ونصبها فوق القشطه حتى تسير عندي طبقتين من عجينة البسبوسه بحشوة القشطه يمكن اضافة الفستق المطحون لزينه.
- نضعها بالفرن سبق تسخينه لمدة ٣٠دقيقه ع درجة حراره ١٦٠.
