  4. نقوم باحضار البطاطا و وضعها اسفل الوعاد ثم نقوم بترتيب ورق العنب فوقها ثم نقوم بوضع صحن و فوقه شيئ ثقيل حتى لا يخرج الارز من ورق العنب و نفوم بغمره بالماء المكون من ماء و دبس الرمان و عصير ليمونه و ملح.
