  3. نحضر الكلاصاج نخلط الزيت والحليب وماء زهر ونحط السكر رطب مغربل تدريجيا حتى نتحصل على كلاصاج عاقد نطلي حبات الحلوى الباردة ونحطها على شباك ونشكل خطوط بخلط القليل من القلاصاج مع القليل من الملون الحمر ونخليها تنشف.
  4. لما تنشف ننقيها من الشوائب وتقدم بالصحة والهنا التزيين يبقى اختياري.
