  1. نقوم بوضع ورق العنب في الطنجرة على النار. نملؤها بالماء, حتى الغليان. ثم نخفض حرارة النار ونتركه لمدة 15 دقيقة..
  2. نقوم بأضافة جميع مكونات الحشو.ة ويتم تقليبها باليد, حتى تتجانس..
  3. نطفئ النار تحت ورق العنب. ويصفى من الماء..
  4. نقشر البطاطا ونقطعها بشكل دائري ونضعها أسفل الطنجرة. ثم نقوم بحشي الورق ولفه ويصف فوقها. ونضع بالنصف رأس الثوم الكبير, ثم نصف اليبرق في الطنجرة حتى الأنتهاء..
  5. نضع مكونات المرق كافة في وعاء ونحركها جيداً..
  6. نضع صحن, او صينية, فوق اليبرق ونثقله بوزن. ثم نسكب المرق عليه..
  7. نشعل النار تحته, حتى الغليان. ثم نخفضها لمدة ساعتان ونصف, أو ثلاث, مع مراعاة اضافة الماء أليها اذا تبخر. وصحتين وهنا. ان شاء الله بتعجبكن وتجربوها. 😍.
