  3. وبس نخلص من الحشي نصفي الماء اللي زادت من الحشوه على الورق نفسه بالطنجره نحط ملح ومغلف ماجي ونحط ماء ساخن ونحطه على نار عاليه بس يبلش يغلي نحطه على نار هاديه لمده ساعتين وبعدين نتفقده ونحط عليه خليط من زيت الزيتون وعصير الليمون نخليهم يغلوا معه ربع ساعة ونطفي النار وصحتين وعافيه.
