  3. بعدها يتم تقطيع الخضار البصل والبقدونس وبشر الكوسة والجزر بالة بشر الجزر وايضا ممكن نضيف بطاطا وتبشر ايضا.
  4. بعد نصف ساعه من عجن العجين يتم اضافة الخضار وتقليبها مع الطحين.
  5. يتم تسخين زيت غزير واخذ كمية بسيطة ووضعها بالزيت الساخن وتقلب وبالهناء والعافية.
  6. ممكن تقديمها مع اي صوص حار وممكن خلط كاتشب وفلفل شطة (داغوص).
