اتبل الدجاج بالزبادي والبهارات واخليها بالثلاجة ساعة.
في صاج اضيف الدجاج واخليه يتطبخ ربع ساعة مع التقليب اذا استوى اضيف الزيت وجزر مبشور والبصل وفص ثوم مفروم وفلفل رومي أقلبهم اشوي واخليها عشر دقائق.
اقطع البطاطس وعلى الزيت غزير.
اخذ الخبز واحشيه بالدجاج والطماطم والخيار والبطاطس وضيفو الصوص اللي تحبينه والفه الخبز زين وفي الصاج فيه قليل من الزيت احط الخبز حتى يتحمر واقلبه على الوجه الثاني وأطلعها واحطها في ورق المطبخ وبالعافية.
