  1. نضع الدهن السائل في قدر على النار ونقلي البصل والفلفل الى ان يتغير لونه.
  2. نخرج البصل والفلفل من القدر ونضعه جانبا ونضيف الدجاج إلى القدر ونقلبه الئ ان يتغير لونه. نضيف خليط البصل والفلفل الى الدجاج ونستمر بالتقليب على النار. نضيف البهارات اثناء التقليب. ثم نضيف الماجي الى القدر ونترك الخليط ليغلي على النار. يترك على نار هادئة حتى نضج الدجاج...
  3. نرفع القدر عن النار ونوزع الخليط في قدور خاصه بالفرن ونضع الجبنة على الوجه(اختياري)..
  4. ندخل القدور الى الفرن لتحمير الوجه لمدة خمس دقائق.
