  1. أغسل السمك جيداً بعدها احط عليها الثوم+زنجبيل.
  2. أضيف الفلفل الأحمر +الفلفل الاسود+الملح.
  3. اخلط المكونات جيداً.. ملاحظه هالنوع من السمك ما تحتاج لبهرات كثيره بالبهارات الخفيفة تكون دائما ألذ بالطعم وأحلى.
  4. بعد ما اخلط المكونات احط المقلاة على النار وأضيف ٤معالق من زيت الزيتون وحط قطع السمك على نار متوسطه دقائق ثم اقلبه الجهه الأخرى تقريبا ١٠ دقائق لا تخليها حتى تحمر وايد بس شوي نص استوى واخرجها من على النار.
  5. بعدها احط ب صينيه الفرن ورق الخبز وحط السمك ادخلها الفرن درجة حراره ٢٠٠ على نار فوق وتحت معا تقريبا اخليها ٣٥ دقيقه.
  6. وبكذا تكون جاهزه وبالعاااافيه ولا الذ👏✔️❤️ تقدم مع الرز الأبيض 🍚🍚🍚🥗🥗🥗.
