- نصيحة اليوم: لازم البيض يكون بدرجة حرارة الغرفة والاناء اللي نستعمل فيه يكون ممسوح جيدا والبيض ميكونش فيه حتى نقطة من الصفار واذا كان البيض صغير نستعمل 3بيضات ومن الافضل نحضر الطريقة في بيتران وكل ما نخليها تبرد ونستعملها افضل.
