  3. ثم نضيف الملح و نرمي الماء الدافى بشوية حتى تصبح عجينة طرية نخليها تختمر.
  4. بعدما تختمر نكسر التخمير و نضع مغرف الزبدة و نعجنها مرة تانية مدة خمس دقائق نخليها تختمر مرة ثانية.
  5. ثم نضعها في صينية تكون مدهونة بالزيت او الزبدة و ندهن الخبز بصفار البيض التزيين بالجلجلان و حبة الحلاوة.
  6. نحطها تطيب اي تستوي على درجة حرارة 180د عندما تطيب اي تستوي ننزعها من الصينية و نضعها فوق منشفة عندما تبرد نقطعها.
