- نروح للحشوة نضع زيت بمقلاة ثم بصلة مقطعة ونخليها تذبل ثم نضيف الفيونداشي ونخليه يطيب نضيف الدرسة شوية ملح و2 ملاعق صلصة طماطم والهريسة حسب الرغبة ونخليها تبرد ثم نضيف الجبن المبشور.
- ثم نأخذ كويرة نطرحها بيدي فقط لأنه رايحة تكون طرية نضع قليل من الحشوة ثم نطبق كل جهتين متقابلتين.
- نزيد الكويرة ثانية نطرحها ولما نجي نضع الأولى ندير قليل من الزيت بأه تجي مورقة ثم نضع جهة مطبقة من التحت ونصيبها.
