  1. اولا نجمعالعجين بالماء و نتحصل على عجين متماسك.
  2. نتركه يرتاح ١٠ دقائق تم نقوم بدلكه جيدا مع اضافة بعض الماء للحصول على عجين طرى يشبه عجين مسمن.
  3. نقوم بتلويزه او تكوين كريات صغير انا جاوني 8.
  4. نحضر الحشو نرحي البصل و ندبله في مقلاة مع الزيت و التوابل.
  5. نرحي الطماطم و الفلفل الحارو نضيفها على البصل بعدما يدبل نترك الحشو على النار حتى ينشف تماما.
  6. بعدما يبرد الحشو نبدأ في التشكيل نطرح العجين بالزيت على شكل دائرة في نصف دائرة نضع الحشو و الجبن و الزيتون.
  7. قبل ما نغطي نضع القليل من الزيت فى النصف الاخر من الدائرة وثم نغلق نطيبو في طاجين النحاس.
  8. شهية طيبة.
