  6. بعد ان ترتاح العجينة بعد العجن نقوم بصنع كريات متوسطة ونضعها في صنية ترتاح ثم نفردها ونضع لحشوة في داخلها ونطويها ونضعها في طاجين لحديد وصحة وهنا.
