- ندخل الكروكي تاعي للفرن على درجه حرارة °180 حتى تشوفي بلي بدا يتحمر من تحت نزلو ونشعل عليه من فوق ونتركو ياخذاللون الذهبي من فوق.
- ميعد ما نخرجو نخليه يبرد قليلا فقط ونقطعو بالشكل الموضح في الصورة او بشكل مائل وتبقى هاذي الخطوه حسب الذوق.
