5. ثم نضعها بالثلاجة لمدة لا تقل عن ٤ ساعات.
6. وعند قلب الكيك نضع القالب داخل قالب اكبر فيه القليل من الماء المغلي ليتفكك الكيراميل ونقلبها في صحن التقديم.
