4. بالباتور أو الرحاية اليدوية نرحي البطاطا ونضيف مك زبدة فرماج (جبنة) والقليل من الماء ألي غلات فيه البطاطا والقليل من الحليب (حتى نتحصل على قوام لابيري).
5. ونقدمها مع الصلصة.
