  3. بعدها نحضر صينية فرن تكون مدهونة بزبدة و مرشوشة بالفرينة او نضع ورق الزبدة و نضع العجينة و نسوي السطح،السمك حسب الرغبة خشن ام متوسط، ندهن من الفوق بصفار بيضة و نرش السانوج (حبة البركة) و السمسم و يترك ليخمر مرة اخرى، و ندخله الفرن يكون ساخن من قبل على درجة حرارة 180. و بالصحة و العافية 😘.
